Lessons in Financial Education (LiFE)
LiFE is an online financial education program that aims to ensure pupils gain valuable financial awareness. It is currently offered to pupils in Key Stage 4 and can lead to formal accreditation if successfully completed. The course has been developed based on the key areas that, as a minimum, children and young people should know in order to be confident and competent in financial experiences.
This qualification equips pupils with the knowledge to cope confidently and effectively with basic financial encounters that they are likely to meet. They develop initial knowledge and understanding of spending and how to become competent at managing their own money – an incredibly valuable life skill!
